FRP hazardous waste tower

Industrial gases containing small amounts of sulfides and carbon dioxide are counter-currently contacted with dilute alkali solution to remove hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide impurities.

The tower consists of an alkali washing section, with the middle and lower sections serving as the alkali washing sections, and the upper section as the water washing section. The middle section contains concentrated alkali solution, while the alkali solution in the lower section is the dilute alkali solution flowing down from the middle section and is circulated by an alkali circulation pump. Fresh alkali solution is continuously supplied to the middle section by an alkali replenishment pump.

The washing temperature is typically controlled at 30 to 50°C, and the alkali solution commonly used has a concentration of 10% to 15% sodium hydroxide solution, which is recycled until the concentration reaches 2% to 3% before replacement.

The product is widely used in the incineration treatment of medical waste, replacing traditional steel-lined brick and titanium equipment.
