FRP grating

Lightweight, High Strength, Easy to Cut and Install:

Because it is composed of resin and fiberglass composite, its density is small, not exceeding 2 kilograms per cubic decimeter, only 1/4 of steel, and 2/3 of aluminum. Its strength is ten times that of rigid PVC, and its absolute strength exceeds that of aluminum and ordinary steel. It is lightweight, which can significantly reduce the foundation support, thereby reducing the material cost of the project. It is easy to cut and install, without the need for welding or large lifting equipment, only a small amount of manual and electric tools are required, reducing installation costs.

Aging Resistance:

The theoretical service life is over 50 years.

Flame Resistance:

The flame spread rate of ordinary flame-retardant gratings (ASTM E-84) does not exceed 25; the flame spread rate of advanced flame-retardant vinyl-based gratings does not exceed 10. Oxygen index not less than 28 (GB 8924).

Safety:

It has excellent electrical insulation properties, no breakdown under 10KV voltage; non-magnetic, suitable for use in magnetically sensitive equipment; the special structure of FRP gratings also features anti-slip and fatigue resistance.

Color:

Colors can be freely selected. They can be customized according to customer requirements to improve the environment of production sites.
