FRP scrubber tower

FRP scrubber towers are the main equipment in sulfuric acid production lines. The primary function of this tower is to take in gases containing impurities such as dust, arsenic, selenium, fluoride, sulfur dioxide, and carbon dioxide at the bottom of the tower, and then discharge them from the top of the tower after passing through the packing layer. Dilute sulfuric acid is sprayed through nozzles at the top of the tower, allowing it to fully contact the gas-liquid in the packing layer, removing impurities and purifying the gas.

Due to the strong corrosiveness of the working medium, ordinary fiberglass made with conventional fillers and processes cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, our factory manufactures fiberglass scrubber towers using special corrosion-resistant fiberglass with corrosion-resistant, reinforced, and anti-aging layers made from special processes and materials. The tower is designed in segmented, assembled forms such as upper tower body, middle tower body, lower tower body, and annular pipe spraying device. The packing material used is Pall rings, which provide excellent surface contact between gas and liquid, resulting in effective purification.
