FRP Absorption Tower (also known as Acid Mist Absorption Tower, Acid Mist Purification Tower, Exhaust Gas Absorption Tower, Exhaust Gas Scrubber):

With the development of modern industry, preventing environmental pollution has become a common concern. Meanwhile, comprehensive utilization, turning harmful substances into beneficial ones, and converting waste into useful resources are important ways to save investment, conserve energy, and improve economic benefits. In many surface treatment processes of metal products (such as pickling, chemical milling, electroplating, etc.), sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and other chemicals are used, which can release acid mist gases. When the concentration of these acid mist gases exceeds standards, it can cause serious harm to human health, plant and animal growth, and buildings. Therefore, the country is paying increasing attention to this issue. With the assistance of relevant research institutions, I have successfully developed a series of fiberglass absorption towers (also known as acid mist absorption towers, acid mist purification towers, exhaust gas absorption towers, exhaust gas scrubber towers). These absorption towers are made of fiberglass and polyethylene materials. They have the advantages of high purification efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, low power consumption, small footprint, easy disassembly and maintenance, and beautiful appearance.

Currently, our company produces nine models of fiberglass absorption towers: 1.5 type, 3 type, 5 type, 7.5 type, 10 type, 20 type, 30 type, 40 type, and 50 type. The BJS type acid mist purification tower can handle harmful gases such as acid mist (H2SO4), hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromic acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), and alkaline steam. Sodium hydroxide is used as the absorption neutralizing solution, with a solution concentration of 2-6%, and the purification efficiency is above 95%.

The fiberglass tower is constructed in sections, with the outer surface of the tower coated with water-resistant and aging-resistant gel coat resin as an anti-aging layer, with a minimum thickness of 0.5mm. A grid-like fine cloth without alkali, wax, or twist is used as an anti-aging coating between the strength layer and the inner and outer surfaces, with a resin content of not less than 75%. The layers are laid according to the requirements of large-scale technical standards, with a resin content of 60-70%, ensuring the absolute reliability of the tower's strength.
