Fiberglass, with its excellent characteristics, is widely used in FDG (Flue Gas Desulfurization) systems, such as FRP spray pipes, oxidized air pipes, slurry pipes, oxidized air guns, filter screens, etc.

Technical characteristics of fiberglass spray pipes:

1. Corrosion resistance: The inner lining of the pipes uses epoxy vinyl ester resin, which can resist the erosion of sulfur and fluorine-containing flue gas and liquids in power plants.

2. Heat resistance: The resin used for the inner lining of the pipes adopts epoxy vinyl ester resin with a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 104°C and 154°C, and can withstand a momentary temperature of up to 220°C.

3. Abrasion resistance: Wear-resistant fillers are added during the pipe manufacturing process, and both the inner and outer surfaces have low roughness coefficients, resulting in excellent abrasion resistance in liquids with a solid content of 15%.

4. Thermal shock resistance: Fiberglass made with epoxy vinyl ester resin exhibits good thermal shock resistance, preventing delamination under thermal shock conditions at 200°C.

5. Winding molding: Microcomputer-controlled long-fiber reciprocating continuous winding process is used, with a reasonable distribution of axial and circumferential stresses experienced by the product during operation. This greatly improves the adhesion performance between the layers of fiberglass and avoids circumferential cracks.

6. Plasticity: Various non-standard components can be produced according to installation requirements.
