FRP insulation pipe

FRP insulation pipe is a new type of insulated pipe with fiberglass-wound fiberglass pipe as the conveying pipe, polyurethane and other materials as the intermediate insulation layer, and wound fiberglass pipe as the protective layer against external pressure.

Process description of fiberglass insulation pipe:

The fiberglass insulation pipe is a foam plastic sandwich structure. It mainly consists of FRP pipes, polyurethane, and FRP shells. The main advantage of using polyurethane to produce sandwich structures is its cold resistance, thermal insulation, lightweight, large bonding surface with the shell, ability to evenly transfer loads, and good impact resistance.
