Usage and Maintenance Tips for Fiberglass Water Tanks

1. Fiberglass water tanks are designed and manufactured for storing room temperature drinking water. Please do not store hot water or other liquids (chemicals, petroleum, etc.).

2. On-site construction: Before construction, install support bars according to the foundation requirements. Provide construction power supply and check the sealing with clean water.

3. Avoid using fire near the water tank: When welding, take protective measures and prevent sparks from falling on the water tank panels.

4. Prevent pollutants from entering the water tank from the outside: To facilitate maintenance and ensure safety, there must be a certain space around the water tank.

5. Avoid fiberglass molded panels from hitting sharp corners, and do not use tools or other hard objects to strike them.

6. To prevent pipe expansion, contraction, misloading, and seismic resistance, rubber flexible joints (expansion joints) must be used for the inlet and outlet pipes of fiberglass water tanks. The weight of the pipes should be supported separately and not applied to the water tank.
