Corrosion Resistance

It has superior resistance to corrosion from various gases, liquids, and salts, including acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc., making it unmatched in the field of corrosion resistance. Depending on the requirements of actual usage scenarios, economically selecting resins such as orthophthalic, isophthalic, or vinyl ester as matrix materials is feasible.

Lightweight, High Strength, Easy to Cut, and Install

Composed of resin and fiberglass composite, its density is small, not exceeding 2 kilograms per cubic decimeter, only a quarter of steel and two-thirds of aluminum. Its strength is ten times that of rigid PVC, with absolute strength exceeding aluminum and ordinary steel. Its light weight greatly reduces the need for foundation support, thereby reducing material costs. It is easy to cut and install without the need for welding or large lifting equipment, only requiring minimal manual and power tools, thus significantly reducing installation costs.

Aging Resistance

Theoretically, the service life is over 20 years.

Fire Resistance

The flame spread rate of ordinary flame-retardant gratings (ASTM E-84) does not exceed 25; the flame spread rate of advanced flame-retardant vinyl ester gratings does not exceed 10. The oxygen index is not less than 28 (GB 8924).

Safety

It has excellent electrical insulation properties, with no breakdown under a voltage of 10KV; non-magnetic, suitable for use on magnetically sensitive equipment; the special structure of fiberglass gratings also has characteristics such as slip resistance and fatigue resistance.

Color

Colors can be freely chosen. Colors can be customized according to customer requirements to improve the environment of production sites. Common colors of fiberglass gratings include yellow, black, gray, green, blue, red, transparent, or translucent. A single color can be used during use, or different colors can be matched.
