FRP elbow

Fiberglass elbow fittings in pipeline systems are components used to change the direction of pipes. Commonly used angles include 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees, and 90 degrees, but other arbitrary angles can also be customized.

Features of fiberglass elbows:

1. Lightweight and high strength

The material density of fiberglass products is usually 1.8-2.0 g/cm3, about 1/4-1/5 of steel, with a circumferential tensile strength of 300 MPa, which is higher than that of steel.

2. Corrosion resistance and long service life

Fiberglass has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. In corrosive media, fiberglass exhibits superior performance compared to other materials and can withstand various acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents.

3. Strong design flexibility

The specifications and models of fiberglass elbows can be customized according to customer requirements.
