1. Technical Performance:
Axial flow fans are highly efficient and low-pressure ventilation fans promoted by the National Agency Committee. These fans have low power consumption, low noise, and excellent corrosion resistance. They can be used in industrial plants, mechanical manufacturing, chemical, printing and dyeing, electroplating, pharmaceutical industries, as well as theaters, hotels, office buildings, various residences, and more. When the fan casing is removed, it can also be used as an electric fan. Additionally, it can be installed in series at intervals in relatively long exhaust ducts to increase the total pressure in the duct.
2. Fan Types:
Axial flow fans are classified based on the diameter of the impeller into thirteen models: NO2.8, NO3.15, NO3.55, NO4, NO4.5, NO5, NO5.6, NO6.3, NO7.1, NO8, NO9, NO10, and NO11.2. Each model has four blades, and the blades can be installed at five different angles: 15°, 20°, 30°, and 35°. Therefore, each model varies in terms of fan pressure, airflow, and power consumption due to differences in blade installation angle and spindle speed.
Transmission Method: Various levels of electric motors are directly connected to the impeller. The outer shell of the fan is cylindrical, and it rotates clockwise.
3. Maintenance of Axial Flow Fans:
1. Before installation, carefully inspect the fan for damage or deformation due to packaging and transportation. Repair any damage before proceeding with installation. During installation, check for any looseness in the connected parts, ensure that there is uniform clearance between the blades and the duct, and prevent collisions.
2. The weight of the duct connected to the outlet should not be supported by the fan casing. Additional support should be provided during installation.
3. A wind collector must be installed at the inlet end of the axial flow fan, and a protective wire mesh should be installed.
4. The fan base must naturally fit with the foundation plane, without forcibly connecting by hitting the bolts to prevent deformation. Use a level to correct the base, add shims to maintain its level position, and then tighten the anchor bolts.
5. The axial flow fan should not be lifted for installation. After installation, it should undergo a trial run.
6. If the axial flow fan has not been used for an extended period, check all connecting parts for reliability before resuming operation. After a trial run, it can be officially used.
7. After the fan is put into operation, check annually for loose screws and damaged wire insulation, and repair as needed.
8. Regularly check for abnormal noises and increased vibration during fan operation, and promptly inspect and repair any issues.
